I received amazing care before, during and after my ACL reconstruction surgery after a total rupture whilst playing hockey, Mr Trikha explained the best option for me as a young person with the injury was to have surgery. Mr Trikha was confident and positive whenever i saw him and this allowed me to relax as I trusted his opinion. I am very greatful for the support and care received.

Excellent explanations. Mr Trikha was rightly reluctant to operate as the first option and we tried cortisone injection and fluid removal. Whilst this helped, it proved insufficient and after some weeks and further discussion I agreed that arthroscopy was now necessary. What an amazing immediate result in reducing the pain and increasing mobility. Now three weeks after the procedure I am well on track to make it back to the golf course! Mr Trikha gave me great confidence and was efficient and very understanding of what I was going through and working with me for the right solution.

Because of a bad ski fall on holiday and I had a ACL reconstruction done on my right knee and doctor Trikha has been amazing since the first day! He advised me on the best procedure to have and follow up treatment. He is a real specialist, professional who is very honest and knows his job like no one else does! He doesn't waste time and make sure you get the best possible treatment as quickly as possible. I immediately felt that I was in safe hand with him. I have minimal scar on my leg and speedy recovery! I am 7 weeks after surgery and I am going to the gym 5 times a week and following a specific plan to get this muscle back on track! I am very sporty, doing a lot of horse riding, showjumping, skiing... so for me get my full range of movement back is really important. My experience with Doctor Trikha is a real success and he is probably one of the best knee surgeon in the UK.

Right total knee nearly 4 years ago, brilliant outcome- due to Mr Trikha, clearly a highly skilled experienced surgeon, results far exceeded my expectation, full range of movement obtained with no complications. Left total knee 2 weeks ago- already have a great range of movement due to Mr Trikha’s surgical expertise. I work in the health care profession and would not hesitate to recommend him for any type of knee surgery
